Hi,

 

I recently purchased the Blocker appliance and Im unsure of the support I can expect as part of the subscription that was part of the total cost.  Am I limited to posting questions here or am I able to contact someone by phone?  What if I have a problem and my e-mail is down?  I do have some questions that are both technical & according to other posts Ive read sales related.  I purchased the appliance from CDW so I do not have a Cisco Sales rep to contact.

You can ask any questions you have here that you may have and we will try to answer them as best as we can. If you are having issues with your Blocker or you need to ask any questions you can contact cisco small business support center and we can help you out.
