Hi, i have a Cisco 2921 running CCME 8.0, im using callblocking overrride with the login softkey. Everything works well with 7962 phones but recently this feature stops working on 6941/21 phones; sometimes when you chek the configuration via GUI the login feature dos not appear then you need to configure it via CLI; the problem is that on some phones configured via CLI , the login softkey stops working and to fix the problem you need to erase the phone and configure it again. Here are my software versions and phone fimware: CCME 8.0IOS ver: c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-2.T2.binPhone firmware: SCCP69xx.9-0-2-0.loads Another question, how can i restrict user access to settings button on the phone 7942 and 6900, i don want user can change ip settings. I tried configuring this way, but it didn work: ephone-template 1 service phone settingsAccess 0 ephone 1 mac-address B4A4.E329.4931 ephone-template 1 button 1:1 Thank You.
