Cisco CallManager, Cisco CallManager Express and IP Video
Dear all expert,
I have trying to migrate a Cisco Unity from 4.x to 5.x by using COBRAS export & import tools.
But when i try to import the DB into my new server with voice message, the COBRAS keep on prompt me the error as below:
1/26/2011 9:03:25 AM: Creating DOH Sender object
1/26/2011 9:03:25 AM: Creating DOH Message
1/26/2011 9:03:25 AM: error attaching to DOH message store -2147418113 (Method ~ of object ~ failed) in procedure InitMessageExport of Module modMessages
1/26/2011 9:03:25 AM: (error) failed to log into DOH for message extraction
Please verify that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is started and rerun the COBRAS import.

but i have faced another problem after restore the DB,
Please see your Cisco Unity system administrator for more details.
This error msg appear when i try to open the administration or monitor web pages.
