I am attempting to upgrade my Cisco Unified Communications Manager switch from 8.0 to the latest release of 8.5 I have already checked to make sure that my upgrade path is supported, but the files I downloaded from Cisco don work.
I downloaded the following files:
I logged into the web interfaces OS Administration, but when I tried to begin the upgrade all 3 of the files produced the following error: "Not a signed patch file."
In the past I have gotten around this by ordering the DVD set, but that can take up to a month so I would prefer to download the files myself.
Can anybody offer me a fix for this problem? I always have difficulty navigating Ciscos website - is it possible that I didn even grab the right files?
