Are the new SPA50xG phones octo-line capable

Postby Guest » Sat Jan 01, 2005 4:43 pm

I have read the section of the SBCS administrator guide which describes octo lines. The SBCS guide mentions that analog FXS ports, and 7920, 7902, 7931G, CP-52xG, CP-52xSG, SPA525G phones are not octo-line capable. I have not seen in the documentation whether or not the new SPA50xG phones have the octo line capability.

Do the new SPA50xG phones have the octo-line capability, or did the documentation omit the fact that they are not octo-line capable?

Hi John,

I know for sure the SPA525G is not OCTO capable.   I assume the SPA50XGs will be the same.

I will check with the PM and the DOC team and report back.
